Shipping Options & Transit Times
All orders ship from our location in Hillsboro, OR. While we do offer two date-guaranteed delivery options, timeline for USPS and UPS Ground methods will both depend on your distance from the package's point of origin.
Order Turnaround Timeframe
ALTA Performance ships orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Because the time between placing an order and when processing begins is very short, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or canceled once they are submitted.
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to initiate a return after your order has been received.
Any products which are out of stock at the time of your order will be charged upon placing your order and shipped as soon as manufacturing is complete.
Please note that orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks.
Shipping Methods
- USPS, UPS First Class or Standard Post: 3-10 days
- 2-Day Air: 2 business days within the continental US
- Standard Overnight: Standard overnight delivery, delivery time by end of day
When shipping to a PO box or APO/FPO address, USPS is the only shipping method available.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Orders whose total weight exceeds 150 lbs may be broken into several shipments.
If your order needs to be broken into several shipments due to stock status, your selected shipping method will apply to all shipments created for the order. You will not be charged for the additional shipments.
ALTA Performance will only ship orders to an address that is on file with your method of payment. Selecting differing billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process may delay your shipment as we verify both addresses with the selected payment method. If you need to add an authorized or verified address to your card or to Paypal but are not sure how, contact our customer service team for help.
